- 1. Immigratetofiji.com (hereafter referred to as ‘we’) will endeavour to use our best effort and skill in order to deliver the desired outcome within the anticipated time frame.
- 2. We will report to you (the client) periodically via email on the progress of your application.
- 3. You (the client) agree to take all responsibility, care and skill when filling out the necessary application forms and submitting all relevant supporting documentation to us.
- 4. We will consult with you, the client via email in respect of the complexity of your case and any ancillary services we deem necessary to the submission of your application.
- 5. Our fees will be calculated on the basis of the complexity of your application, and the skill, specialized knowledge and responsibility required to perform our services efficiently.
- 6. The sum quoted by us to you will include our fees and associated costs incurred in submitting your application to the Department of Immigration Fiji and any other additional fees in respect of ancillary services (e.g. translation of documents) if required.
- 7. We require payment in two installments via direct bank transfer to our business bank account in New Zealand prior to us commencing work on your application.
- 8. We do not guarantee the successful outcome of any application submitted to the Department of Immigration Fiji. Each application is judged on its own merit against the requirement set out by the aforementioned Department.
- 9. We do not have any control or influence regarding the timeframe exercised by the Department of Immigration Fiji in considering your application. Due to the current increase in demand for immigration services to Fiji, applications may take a few weeks or longer to be considered and approved.
- 10. All personal information disclosed to us by you will be kept fully confidential and will only be released to the Department of Immigration Fiji and to relevant agencies (eg New Zealand Government owned translation agency) if necessary. We will notify you and obtain your consent via email prior to undertaking this step.
- 11. We will store your personal information for a period of 7 years following completion of our engagement with you. After that time we will destroy all relevant information.
- 12. Once you have decided to engage our services and have made a partial payment, we will commence work on your immigration matters by requesting further information from you, emailing you the relevant application forms together with an ‘Authority to Act’ form for you to complete and submit to us accordingly.
